Yes, and no...I didn't grow up with a family open to spirituality especially in the 'psychic' way. But I have always been very aware of weird things happening around me as a kid I was adamant my home was haunted...turns out it was more me that had the spirits as they'd come with me when I travelled and moved out in my late teens.

I'd always been fascinated with astrology, moon cycles and tarot through my teens but it was more in my early 20's when I realised the spirits with me were actually my spirit team.

It was this point is when I really started shifting gears into the intuitive space, although I honestly never fit in and I was mostly self taught until I learnt reiki and animal healing in 2015...yup that's right I was an animal healer before I even started working with people! Story for another day!

From 2012, I started working for myself as a dog walker. It was from here that I started helping the agencies I worked for out in the back end of their businesses from marketing and social media aspects.

When covid hit, I was sent on a whirlwind over the next 12 months where I was fired from 2 jobs I had (Also a story for another day) but then set up as a VA which later built to a successful Integrator business.

It was during 2020 I knew I was meant to work combining the spiritual with the business and I had my first guinea pigs as beta testers for a soulful business guidance package. But as a recovering perfectionist I wanted to make sure I felt confident enough to say I can help you in your business...

So as an integrator and project manager over the next 2 years I worked inside over 50 different niches so I could confidently give insight on all types of business & invested heavily in my own coaching to ensure I could combine the two and be trusted with my abilities both psychically/spiritually and also in a business context...

I think I've earned it😅

Now and inside The Frequency Fix you'll find all sorts of business owners. Most are course creators, service providers and online specialists but other niches are more than welcome.

The space is for female business owners who feel that pull to create more for themselves that is coming from a soul level calling....it's a legacy movement we are creating by stepping more into the alignment we are meant to have.

Not at all. But you do need to be open. Whether you're witchy or just woo-curious, what matters is that you’re ready to ditch the hustle culture only vibe and step into a business that reflects who you really are.

I'm straight forward with my woo and like to bring full woo ideas with simple practices for those who just need a simple fix rather than a full on moon light barefoot dance...both welcome!

No, but really...I am great at seeing the unseen. My skillset is shifting perspectives, making things simple and straight forward and I like to swear & laugh...be cosy, work from bed and I'm building my business from full embodiment so you can see that as an example too.

I've been practicing energy work for more than 20 years, before it was cool or accepted so there is not much i've not seen, heard or experienced when it comes to frequency work - And I mean that truly!

As a sought after published Astrologer having written some really fun articles for huge press outlets worldwide, now I get to be creative and make reports for you guys and I love it! Although I don't enjoy creating daily star signs I love digging into our placements to see where we can grow, expand and shine with our energetic DNA.
