ONLINE COURSES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Once you have purchased a digital product or online course, you will have instant access to the course materials. By completing your purchase you confirm your express consent to receiving immediate access to digital content. Please note that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, by consenting to immediate access you are agreeing to waive your 14-day right to cancel for that digital content, as the service will have begun at your request before the cancellation period has expired.

Where no immediate access is granted, your statutory 14-day right to cancel applies from the date of purchase. To exercise this right please contact us at [email protected] within the 14-day period.

Services such as readings, coaching calls, and live sessions are subject to their own terms as set out in the relevant sections of these terms and on the applicable sales page. Refunds for services are only available where expressly stated or where required under applicable UK consumer law.

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.

Refunds that are approved will be processed within 7 working days.

We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any product or service at any time. In the event that we cancel a product or service you have purchased, you will be entitled to a full refund.

INTUITIVE READINGS

We offer a range of readings; these terms apply to all of our reading options.

The specific detail about each reading offer can be found on the sales page which sets out exactly what is included within each offer.

Recorded readings are not refundable.

Live Readings - If you are unsatisfied with your reading, and believe we are not connected to your energy you can address this on the call live to request a refund stating that no connection or guidance was received. Any requests after the call will not be accepted.

Refunds will then take up to 7 working days.

Punctuality: If you are unable to join the call on time, we will wait for up to 5 minutes before considering the session missed.

Due to the nature of the appointment, the energetic pre work that has to be completed and tight scheduling. In the event of late arrival within this grace period, the possibility of rescheduling will be at Julie Chandlers discretion, and this courtesy will be extended once for the initial instance of delay. Please note, subsequent instances of delay will result in the cancellation of the session without a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure timely and effective consultations.

PAYMENT TERMS

The cost of each product or service is as advertised at the time of purchase. We will give reasonable notice of any pricing changes where possible. Special offers and promotional pricing are only available for the period stated and cannot be extended or applied retrospectively.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details at any point. For full details of how Stripe handles your payment information please visit stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Where payment plans are available, the terms of those payments will be set out at the point of purchase. Failure to maintain agreed payment plan instalments may result in suspension of access to the relevant product or service until payment is brought up to date.

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

Once you have purchased the course, you will have instant access to the training resources. At the point of purchase, you are confirming your express consent to receiving access to the course material immediately.

Within UK law you have 14 days to cancel and request a refund for digital products, after which time any refunds and cancellations are made at the discretion of the company Julie Chandler. Services, such as readings, are subject to satisfactory performance and will only be refunded under agreed circumstances.

Not with standing any right or remedy available to us, we may cancel your enrolment on the course with immediate effect:

DISCLAIMERS

Our courses and electronic products have been tried and tested by individuals who are over the age of 18 and from various backgrounds. In working through the material, they have been able to learn and implement strategies to successfully grow in their business.

Whilst all those who have taken part in our courses to date have achieved the desired results, it is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results. Failure to fully participate in the course will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results.

The course is not bespoke and includes general advice. Should you feel that you need additional support, then please contact us and we can provide more information about our services, additional fees may apply.

It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught in the course to your personal circumstances both during the course and afterwards.

In promoting our courses we may utilise testimonials and affiliate marketing from prior clients. All testimonials have been given freely and represent each individual’s own opinion.

Any coaching, mentoring, guidance, spiritual insight or intuitive insight is guidance only. Any actions taken from the guidance provided is done so at the decision of the recipient and Julie Chandler or company can not be held liable for any events there after. All decisions made by the client/customer are at their own discretion and should be made with evaluation on the possible outcomes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You will be provided with course materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with us, Julie Chandler. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate, or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale.

RECORDINS

Some training sessions, group calls, and live events may be recorded. By attending a recorded session you acknowledge that your name, image, voice, and any information you share during the session may be captured in the recording.

Recordings are made available to other participants on the same programme or course for the duration of that program.

If you do not wish to be identifiable in a recording, please ensure your camera is switched off before joining the session and that your display name is changed to "Attendee" followed by your initial. This allows us to continue to support you during the session without capturing personally identifiable information.

Any personal information you voluntarily share during a recorded session, including information about yourself or your business, will be shared with other participants who have access to the recording. Please be mindful of what you choose to share in a group setting.

BEHAVIOUR

Some courses contain group training elements. Where there is a group training element we request and require that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other course participant. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove you from the course with immediate effect

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your personal data in accordance with UK data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.

We will keep your personal data confidential and will only share it with third parties where necessary to deliver our services to you, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment processor and is never stored by or accessible to us directly.

Our team is available to support you by email on Monday to Thursday between 10am and 4pm UK time zone. We will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated please allow up to 3 working days.

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the course delivered to you, and the individual terms of the online course you purchase. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.

COMMISSION:

Commission rates vary by product and promotional agreement. Your current rates for each eligible product or service can be found within your affiliate dashboard. We reserve the right to update commission rates at any time and will notify active affiliates of any changes.

You cannot earn commission on purchases you make yourself. Payments are made in two ways depending on the affiliate offer
1 - Via PayPal on a 30 to 45 day cycle from the date of the qualifying purchase. You must provide a valid PayPal address before payments can be processed. We may deduct commissions for cancelled or refunded orders.
2 - Via gifted credit e.g $50 credit to use on future readings/intuitive clarity calls for those who sign up through your affiliate link. The gift credit is emailed to you within 30 days of the reading being completed by your referral and is usable for 6 months before it expires. We may deduct commissions for cancelled or refunded orders.


MARKETING RULES:

Use only the affiliate links, banners, and promotional materials we provide or approve.

You may use these on your own websites, social media, and emails.

Don't spam or use unsolicited emails to promote our products.

PROHIBITED ACTICITIES:

No promotion of sexually explicit materials or violence.

No discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

No promotion of illegal activities.

No infringement of our or anyone else's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property.

CUSTOMER DATA:

All customer information collected during promotions belongs to us.

We may share some customer data with you at our discretion.

Handle any shared customer data responsibly and in compliance with privacy laws.

RELATIONSHIP:

You're an independent contractor, not our employee, partner, or agent.

You can't make promises or accept offers on our behalf.
