TERMS OF PURCHASE & PARTICIPATION – 'LEGACY' INTUITIVE INTEGRATION ‘COACH-SULTANCY’ HYBRID COACHING CONTAINER.

The Company agrees to provide the Intuitive Integration ‘Coach-sultancy’ Program (the “Program”) as outlined on the web page where you register: www.juliechandler.co.uk/legacy, which includes access to:

A 6-month hybrid support experience (3-month option available on written request)

2x live group “kitchen table” coaching sessions per month

1:1 support via private channel (Monday–Thursday)

Strategic and energetic business audits/reviews with fair usage policy in place

Content & funnel reviews with fair usage policy in place

1-day virtual retreat p/quarter

This Program is a high-touch, high-support container with limited spots to ensure personalised attention. As a condition of participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement.

PARTICIPANTS

This Program is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. The Program is designed for online business owners who are scaling or restructuring their business and require support with strategic integration, messaging clarity, energetic alignment, and operational flow. This is not a beginner-level program.

FEES

You agree to pay the following fees:

$1,111/month (6-month commitment)

$6,000 upfront (6-month commitment)

A $500 deposit is required to secure your space, which is applied to the total investment on the full upfront payment or last of your monthly payments.

If you choose a payment plan and do not complete the Program, you are still responsible for all payments. In the event of missed or declined payments, access to the Program may be suspended.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

You authorize the Company (Julie Chandler) to charge your selected payment method automatically and without additional consent for all fees as described. You also agree that any payment failure must be resolved immediately or access will be suspended.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the high-touch, limited-capacity nature of this Program, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided by the Company as part of the Program is protected by intellectual property law. You may use materials for personal or business purposes within the terms of the license provided. Redistribution, copying, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.

CODE OF CONDUCT & CONFIDENTIALITY

Participants agree to maintain a respectful, confidential, and pitch-free space. Any breach of privacy, inappropriate behavior, or solicitation will result in removal from the Program without refund.

PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, AND CONTENT

You grant the Company permission to use any contributions (written, visual, or audio) made during, across all modalities (Private Voxer, Facebook, Zoom channels) the Program for promotional and educational purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

IMPLEMENTATION & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

The Program includes strategic suggestions, energetic guidance, and consultancy-level insights designed to support you in aligning your business. However, all final decisions and implementations are the responsibility of you, the business owner. The Company is not liable for any outcomes or results that may arise from actions taken based on suggestions given. By participating, you agree that all actions and business decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.

TERMINATION

The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Program without refund for breach of these terms.

EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

This Program provides strategic and energetic guidance. No guarantees are made regarding business outcomes. Results vary based on numerous factors beyond the Company’s control.
