Everything happens inside your own private channel on my course & community platform, think of it like a dedicated wall that's just you and me . You can drop in voice notes, written updates, questions, links, ideas, things you're sitting with, anything goes in there. It becomes your sounding board, your safe space, your reflection board throughout our time.

The rhythm runs on a four-week cycle. Week one is your connection week, this is intentional and strategic. There's no direct access to me that week. Instead, your Shadow Alchemy Rituals drop and this is where some of the biggest shifts actually happen...in the silence...without input. I model by example what a breathing room business looks like, and week one is my CEO and family time so I can show up fully for you in weeks two, three, and four. You can still drop things into your channel during that week, so nothing gets lost.

Weeks two, three, and four I'm client-facing Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 2pm and 7pm UK time. That said, the way async works means you're not waiting for a reply window to have a thought or a breakthrough. You drop it in when it arrives. I respond when I'm in. It flows.

More than you might expect. The honest version: I energetically hold space for my clients throughout the entire time we're working together. Clients regularly hear me say "I was thinking about you on my walk" Whether it's in the shower, on a dog walk, in a quiet moment, I'm still holding capacity for you outside of our client-facing hours. You get my brain/channel throughout the full container. The scheduled async time is simply when I'm sat down at the computer and energetically inputting. Everything else continues underneath.

I'm currently in another container?
Yes, with one caveat. This work often makes everything else clearer. Clients come into Momentum alongside other containers and find that what they learned elsewhere suddenly makes more sense and becomes easier to execute, because they're finally operating from their actual identity. What I'd ask you to consider is honest capacity. Momentum is an energetic process. It has its ups and its downs, and I want you to have real space to integrate it properly. If you're unsure whether there's enough room, message me and let me know what else is happening we can work it out together.

I've tried astrology or Human Design for my business before?
Still works. Most astrology and HD work highlights the pattern. It doesn't do the shadow integration. The reason Momentum moves the needle when other tools haven't is because we're not just identifying what's in your chart. We're doing the actual energetic and strategic work of shifting it inside your real business. The astrology is the part that blows your mind. The work underneath is what changes things.

I don't have a business or offer yet? Momentum isn't the right fit. This container is built for women who have been in their craft and their business for some time, who have sold offers, worked with clients, and know they're capable of more. There's no minimum revenue threshold, but you need to have done the thing before. If you're still at the beginning of your journey, this isn't where you start.

This is a deep, high-touch container, not a course you can consume and return. I'm fully invested in you from day one and I need you to arrive the same way. There are no refunds. What I will say is that the application process exists for exactly this reason, we both decide before we begin. If we're not the right fit, we don't start.
