The report generator is not giving the correct report or is errored

🔮 MY REPORT ISN'T CORRECT - HELP!

The Astrology, moon and HD reports are powered by an external software that we integrate into the portal. If you are not seeing the report you need, it's showing the wrong details for your energy or you're seeing some errors, duplicated pages or mistakes here's what to do.

Step 1: Double check you're in the right place
Sounds simple, but it's happened before. Sometimes you're on an old link rather than the correct product - no judgement here we do it all the time!

Step 2: Check you've put your details in correctly.
Double check that your information is added correctly - the report is very specific with your time, date and location of birth. If you have signs on a cusp you may notice that some platforms show another sign or house, this can be out by 50 miles down the road or 10 minutes out on the time in some placements. If you have a 'cusp' sign/house you can add other local information/slight changes to the time to test the differences between these signs and see which resonates the most. Cusp placements can bridge the two placements in your energy.

If you see the wrong report - or wrong pages in the report.
There is a lot of techy and moving parts that goes in our report generation so sometimes a save or update is missed in a weird internet glitch. We won't always notice until someone lets us know - that could be you!
If you see content duplications, mis spelled words (not we switch between US english and UK english), wrong reports showing to download, pages missing or any other mistakes in the report set up please let us know!

Submit a support ticket to let us know the issue and the team will get you sorted. If you'd like us to run the updated report for you then please include your name, email AND the birth details please provide full date, time and location of birth and the team will send your report to you manually within 1 working day. (Note please write the month as a word e.g. Jan not 01/01/1970 but 1st Jan 1970 - because fun fact the US does month first, the rest of the world does day first)
