The report generator is not working

🔮 MY REPORT WON'T GENERATE - HELP!

The Astrology, moon and HD reports are powered by an external software that we integrate into the portal. If you are having trouble getting your report to generate, here are the steps to try.

Step 1: Refresh the page and try again
Sometimes a simple refresh is all it needs. Give it a moment and try again.

Step 2: Try a different browser or clear your cache
If refreshing does not work, open the page in a different browser (for example, switch from Chrome to Safari or Firefox). You can also try clearing your cookies and cache in your current browser and then reload the page.

How the report works
Once you complete the form and submit it, your chart will appear on screen. Scroll down and look for the purple Download Now button on the left side below your chart wheel. It may take a few seconds to generate so give it a moment before scrolling down.

Still not working?
If you have tried the steps above and your report still will not generate, submit a support request with your name, email AND the birth details please provide full date, time and location of birth and the team will send your report to you manually within 1 working day. (Note please write the month as a word e.g. Jan not 01/01/1970 but 1st Jan 1970 - because fun fact the US does month first, the rest of the world does day first)
