How do I view my invoices and receipts?

Where do I view my invoice and receipts?
You can access your invoices and receipts directly inside your portal.
Step by step:
Log in at www.juliechandlertraining.com
Click the profile image circle in the top right corner (on desktop)
Select Manage Account
Click Billing and Subscriptions (a verification code will be sent to your email to continue)
Once inside, head to Transactions
Click the three dots under the Action column next to the relevant purchase
Select Receipt from the dropdown
Can't find it in there?
Search your inbox for the name Julie Chandler Training Receipt and it should come up there. If it's pre June 2026 it might have a different name you can search for the subject line 'Thank you for your recent purchase' all receipt emails come from [email protected]
