How do I update my card details?

💻 CAN I UPDATE MY CARD DETAILS?

You can update your card details inside your portal directly.

Log in at www.juliechandlertraining.com, click the profile image circle in the top right corner (on desktop), then select Manage Account. From here head to Billing & Subscriptions in the left hand menu.

To update your card details:

You can see 'Payment Method' under Billing & Subscriptions and you can also click into Subscriptions here to update your details via the 3 dots.

To update your card via Stripe:

If your subscription and on going payment isn't listed inside the portal you can update your details inside your customer space within Stripe directly.
