How do I update my account information?
💻 CAN I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?
You can update some of your account details directly inside your portal.
To update your name or notification preferences:
Log in at www.juliechandlertraining.com, click the profile image circle in the top right corner (on desktop), then select Manage Account. From here you can update your display name and adjust your notification settings.
To update your email address:
Email address changes need to be handled by the team. Submit a support request HERE -> with your current email address and the new one you'd like to use and we'll get that updated for you
To update your card details:
You can see 'Payment Method' under Billing & Subscriptions and you can also click into Subscriptions here to update your details via the 3 dots.
To update your card via Stripe:
If your subscription and on going payment isn't listed inside the portal you can update your details inside your customer space within Stripe directly.
