Can I get a replay of a webinar or workshop?

Replay availability varies depending on the training, webinar or workshop you signed up to. Some replays are available for a limited time, some for a year, and some have lifetime access. The details for your specific purchase will be on the sales page for that event.

Where to check first:
Check the sales page or any emails you received after purchase as these will confirm how long your replay access lasts and where to find it.

Where replays are hosted:
Depending on the workshop or webinar, your replay may be in one of these places:

• Inside your client portal at www.juliechandlertraining.com.

• Via a private YouTube link sent to your inbox

• On the webinar or event page itself

Check your confirmation or follow up emails for the specific link or login details for your purchase.

Can't find your replay?
Check your spam and promotions folders for any emails from [email protected]. If you are still stuck, submit a support request with the name of the workshop or webinar you purchased and the team will track it down for you.
